    Not available in AK. Regulatory Cost Recovery fee of 99 cents is a carrier specific monthly charge. There is no PICC charge for a single line business. Multi-line businesses are charged a PICC of $1.50 for the first line and $4 for each additional line. Interstate calls to and from Hawaii have a base rate of 15 cents a minute. Interstate calls to Alaska have a base rate of 15 cents per minute. Add $9.95 a month for unlimited internet access.
